construction.

Suria has been in the marine industry for the past 26yrs. Served the Republic of Singapore Navy in the engineering Dept and for the last 15 yrs been in the Bunker Quality Survey, Pre purchase and Marine industry overseeing the operational requirements that meet the SAC, ISO 17020 and MPA standards. Further to that he has overseen the takeover of many ships as a Superintendent. Primarily ensuring the smooth take over and handing over the vessel to intended destinations.

Mishra brings over 31 years of distinguished maritime experience, including more than 20 years at sea serving on VLCCs and product tankers, followed by 11 years in senior shore-based ship management roles with Synergy Group. He possesses extensive expertise in marine operations, fleet management, vetting assurance, and regulatory compliance. Capt. Mishra has successfully established and developed two DOC offices from inception, leading marine, QHSE, and vetting functions across tanker, dry bulk, and dual-fuel LNG fleets. His strategic leadership and operational excellence have earned recognition from major oil companies for consistently strong performance under SIRE 2.0 and TMSA3 vetting programs
